PC Blocks for biotech and pharmaceutical applications

Many biotech and pharmaceutical applications require the measurement of pH and conductivity in very low volume samples to help determine purity and quality of finished products. Our PC Flow Block assemblies were specifically designed to achieve accurate pH and conductivity measurements in these types of applications.

They units are constructed from FDA grade Polypropylene material and can be fitted with a variety of 316 SS Tri-Clamp connections.

ARS (Advanced Reflux Sampler)

The new ARS (Advanced Reflux Sampler) is designed to provide conditioning for severe service analysis needs using a simple self-contained, two-stage system. The first stage is designed to provide filtration of particulate and passive cooling. As the sample reaches the second stage, it is directed through a transition piece which channels the air evenly across two active cooling elements.

PRM version R3.03 released

PRM is an integrated device management software package that centrally manages the parameters of various types of field devices, monitors the status of these devices, and performs online device diagnosis. With this latest R3.03 upgrade, PRM has been enhanced to improve its integration with the STARDOM Network-based Control System, which is widely used in upstream processing facilities such as natural gas and oil wells. Key benefits of the release are:

Integration with STARDOM

With a new device tag display extension for STARDOM upstream applications, PRM can now display the "device tag_project name" for the same types of devices installed at different production sites. This function makes it possible for users to manage multiple facilities from a single PRM server without requiring any special engineering.

Support for Windows Vista

R3.03 supports Vista, the latest version of the Microsoft Windows operating system. By running on the newest operating system and supporting other up-to-date software application programs, R3.03 improves the efficiency of online monitoring and diagnosis.

Enhanced EDDL( Electronic Device Description Language) Protocol Support

With this upgrade, PRM now supports the enhanced EDDL graphic user interface, making it possible to efficiently display a wider variety of data including graphs, charts, and groups.
